We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was incorrect or damaged.
We do not accept personalised or custom-made items, sale or clearance items, as well as digital downloads (e.g. guides, eBooks).
Once the item is received and inspected, refunds are processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
